Important notes prior to installation

Thoroughly clean gutters and remove any dirt or debris.  Start fitting the mesh from one end or from a hip (external corner).  With all types and styles of roof fit the valley mesh first.

Working at heights is dangerous without appropriate safety precautions.  Please check with relevant local and/or state authorities to see what you can do to be safe on the roof or if any laws or rules apply.

It is important to identify and close any gaps to ensure the 2mm mesh meets the Australian Standards’ requirements for ember guards.  It is the responsibility of the installer to be aware of these requirements for ember guards, and ensure the mesh is correctly installed.
