Mesh Lock Gutter Trim
The strongest mesh fixing available for your gutters. Mesh Lock Gutter Trim uses an innovative design that integrates a series of metal teeth that “lock” into your mesh. This ensures that the resistance to tearing away from the roof is significantly increased. Your mesh’s load-bearing capabilities will also benefit from a more even distribution. An extra 200% expansion of contact points are added for extra strength, in comparison to standard gutter mesh. If you are installing gutter mesh, then there is no question. Mesh Lock Gutter Trim is the best solution for securing your mesh and increasing its longevity.
Secure your gutter mesh
Keeps your mesh firmly in place once it is attached and secured to your roof.
Enhance strength
Add another level of security to your gutter mesh by reinforcing the strength of its connection to your roof.
Unique design
Designed for easy install on tricky roof profiles to make your job easier.
Easily installed
Safely speeds up your workflow to reduce time on the roof.
Benefits
Better distribution of heavy loads
The Mesh Lock Gutter Trim has a series of ‘locking’ teeth, which helps to distribute the load on the mesh.
The teeth are angled backwards so that if there is any pulling force of the mesh in the gutter, they lock in. They are positioned at regular intervals, allowing increased points of contact across the gutter.
Normally in 1 metre of standard gutter trim, there will be 4 points of contact where the screws fasten the mesh to the gutter, the Mesh Lock pattern increases the contact up to 20 times that of a standard gutter trim.

Benefits
Increased gutter mesh strength
The Mesh Lock Gutter Trim’s patented design increases the load-bearing capacity and tear resistance of your gutter mesh. This will reduce the likelihood of your mesh collapsing when heavy hail, snow, animals or debris land on it.
Lab testing demonstrated that the Mesh Lock Gutter Trim increased the loadbearing capacity of all our gutter mesh by over 200%.
We recommend always installing 4mm Aluminium mesh with the Mesh Lock Gutter Trim as it is the most susceptible to tearing from the gutter fastenings and, therefore, benefits the most from an increase in strength.
